This page explains how any Lupy user can request permanent deletion of their account and associated information.

Send the request from the email address associated with your Lupy account. This helps us verify that the account belongs to you.

- The email address used to create your Lupy account.
- A clear statement that you want the account and associated data deleted.
- An optional reason, if you would like to help us improve.
Do not send your password, verification code, Google password, or other sensitive credentials. We will never ask for them.
What we delete
After verifying your request, we delete or anonymize:
- Your Firebase Authentication account and account identifier.
- Your saved habit plans and action-plan details.
- Your completion, missed-action, and recovery-plan history.
- Your saved life timeline, preferences, constraints, and memory summary.
- Other personal information directly associated with the account.
Timing and limited retention
We will verify and complete a valid deletion request within 30 days. Information may be retained longer only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Limited backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before routine deletion.
Important details
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Uninstalling Lupy does not delete cloud account data.
- You may create a new account later, but deleted progress cannot be restored.
- You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.
