1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Lupy mobile app, lupyai.com, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lupy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. By using Lupy, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. What Lupy provides

Lupy is an AI-assisted habit-coaching tool designed to help you reflect on routines, choose small actions, and adapt plans over time. Features, availability, and supported platforms may change as the product develops.

4. Wellness—not medical advice

Lupy is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Its responses are general wellness and habit information, not medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice.

Do not rely on Lupy for emergencies. If you may be in danger or need urgent care, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

5. AI limitations

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing a suggestion before acting on it. Stop an action and seek qualified advice if it causes concern, pain, distress, or risk.

6. Your account

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Protect your password, email account, and signed-in devices.
• Do not share access or impersonate another person.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Lupy to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate harm.
• Harass, exploit, threaten, or deceive another person.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service or its security.
• Attempt unauthorized access, automated scraping, or excessive requests.
• Reverse engineer Lupy except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use AI output to make high-impact decisions about another person.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as necessary to operate, protect, and improve Lupy and provide the features you request. You confirm you have the right to submit the information.

9. Lupy’s rights

Lupy’s software, design, branding, content, and technology are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Lupy for its intended purpose.

10. Third-party services

Lupy relies on services provided by Google, Firebase, device operating systems, and app stores. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Paid features

Lupy does not currently offer a live paid subscription. If paid digital features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase, and Android purchases will use Google Play billing where required.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not promise that Lupy will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Lupy or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, or violation of these Terms.

14. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupy is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. We do not guarantee particular habit, health, productivity, or personal outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, profits, or goodwill resulting from use of or inability to use Lupy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it, where permitted by law. Applicable laws and courts with jurisdiction govern disputes. Questions may be sent to patelmayank.oc@gmail.com.
