Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove LupyAi's access to your accounts and have your data deleted at any time. Choose the option that fits what you want to remove.

Option 1: Disconnect a source (instant)

1. Sign in to LupyAi and open Sources.
2. Find the connection you want to remove, click Remove, then confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access tokens, the account selections and all reporting data we stored for that connection. The Service can no longer access that platform on your behalf.

Option 2: Remove access from the platform

You can also revoke LupyAi's access directly on each platform:

• Facebook / Instagram: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select LupyAi, then click Remove.
• Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select LupyAi, then click Delete all connections.
• TikTok, LinkedIn: remove LupyAi from the connected or authorised apps section of your account settings.
• Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo: delete or revoke the API key or app you created for LupyAi in your store or account admin.

Revoking access stops all further data fetching. To also delete what we hold, use Option 1 or Option 3.

Option 3: Delete your entire account

Email info@lupyai.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your LupyAi username. We may ask you to confirm the request.

Within 30 days, we will permanently delete your account, workspace, all connected platform tokens, account selections, stored reporting data, destination settings, scheduled tasks and action logs, then email you a confirmation. Data that the Service already delivered to your own destinations, such as Google Sheets, BigQuery or your database, stays under your control and is not affected.
