Shipping & Delivery Policy

LupyAi is an online software service (software as a service) provided by LupyAi, a business of ONLINECAPTAIN. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

1. How the Service is delivered

The Service is delivered online at https://lupyai.com. You can use it as soon as you create an account; no installation or delivery is needed.

2. When a paid plan becomes available

A paid plan is activated in your workspace as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute and at most within 24 hours. The plan, its limits and the next renewal date appear on the Billing page, and Razorpay emails a payment receipt to the address you paid with.

3. If your plan doesn't activate

If you were charged and the plan hasn't changed within 24 hours, write to info@lupyai.com or call +91 9104515704 with your workspace name and the payment date. We will activate it or refund the payment as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Delivery area

The Service is available online to businesses in India and other countries where we can accept payments. Prices are in Indian rupees.
