Questions
What counts as a data source and an account?
A data source is a platform, like Meta Ads or Google Analytics 4. An account is one ad account, property, site or store in it. Only active accounts count, and you choose which are active.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Nothing is deleted: sources, accounts and exports beyond the Free plan pause until you upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time on the Billing page. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund & cancellation policy.
How do I pay?
Securely through Razorpay with a card, UPI AutoPay or net banking. Renewals are charged automatically, and invoices are on your Billing page.
